Mrs. HELENA ZALAZNIK from Slovenia has successfully lost excess weight (34 kg), transformed her body and completely changed her lifestyle with Linea Snella® method. We asked her a couple of questions about her journey to success.

 

 

 

  • What had been your lifestyle like before you started your Linea Snella program?
    Before I started to lose weight with Linea Snella my lifestyle was very stressful and I almost had no time for myself. My family, children and all other everyday tasks always came first.

     

  • What was your main motivation to start losing weight in Linea Snella center?
    I started visiting Linea Snella canter after giving birth to my first child and I was very pleased with my results. After the birth of my second child I once again gained weight (up to 89 kg) and I decided to get back in shape with Linea Snella once again.

     

  • What were your goals when you first came in Linea Snella centre?
    My wish was to loose 19 kg and to completely transform my figure.

     

  • Which were the habits that you had to change during your Linea Snella program? Is it possible to maintain this new lifestyle?
    Above all I had to change my diet habits and at the same time also my lifestyle changed. Of course it is possible to live like this. My life is now much more active and full of joy.

     

  • When did you notice your first results and how much weight did you manage to lose?
    After three months of program the effects were amazing and I was extremely pleased with my success. By the end of the program I lost an incredible 34 kg!!

     

  • Which therapies were included into your individual program?
    I performed therapies in Thermoslim, on Thermobike and also in Bodywarm.

  • What is the secret of your long-term success?
    My success is based on modified nutrition – now I eat 5 times a day; I avoid consumption of carbo-hydrates after 4 p.m. However that does not mean that I do not afford myself any sweets or cookies… Besides that, I exercise regularly.

     

  • What did you like the most about Linea Snella?
    Uf, so many things. I could never success without it. But maybe I would point out the additional activities which were organized for the clients... Such as nordic walking for instance.

     

  • Has your life changed in any other way besides losing excess kilograms?
    The reduction of clothing size was a dream success for me because I replaced 46 with 34! But if you lose so many kilograms than also means that your active life becomes easier. Now I can easily go out for a trip to a mountains with my family. Before I was too tired to do it, but now I am full of energy.

     

  • Which period was the hardest one for you?
    First three months were really difficult, because I was not allowed to consume carbo-hydrates after 4 p.m. Before that I ate just twice a day, I regularly consumed carbo-hydrates after 4 p.m. and with reference to that I later needed a lot of discipline. I started to write a diet journal and this helped me a lot.

     

  • How do you maintain your results?
    I exercise a lot, my diet is now regular and I also enrolled in maintenance program with Linea Snella.

     

  • How did your family and friends react to your excellent results?
    I consider myself to be a very positive person and because of that they had been accepting me very well also before I lost my weight. But now they are all amazed at my new appearance and how easily I managed to lose so many kilograms. They have been supporting me all the way!

     

  • What is your nutrition like and how many times per week you exercise?
    My nutrition is now much healthier now, and I eat five times a day. My body has been totally accustomed to that – my hungry stomach always reminds me if I accidently skip a meal. For lunch I prepare myself full grain pasta – my favourite food - and I also can not resist some pizza. I am very physically active now, I attend one hour of exercise twice a week, once a week I visit the nearest hill, and during weekends I like to go on a cycling tour or climb mountains with my family.
